2010 Rockwood Roo 17 Hybrid trailer in Winnipeg Beach, Manitoba for sale

Hello,
We are looking to sell our 2010 Rockwood Roo Hybrid camping trailer. The Roo is a lightweight (I towed it with a min-van and a min SUV) travel trailer with fold out beds. This allows for more space in the main cabin, but keep the weight way down for any vehicle.
The trailer comes fully loaded with:
- indoor stove
- bathroom and shower
- large fridge
- DVDCDAMFM Player with speakers inside AND outside
- TV antenna
- 19'' LCD TV
- LOTS of storage
- 2 Queen size beds, and a table that folds down to a large single (specs say that the trailer can sleep 6, but I think that is a bit tight. 5 people easy).
- A/C and furnace
- BBQ that attaches to side of trailer
- outdoor shower
- 12' awning.
Sorry, no add-a-room.
Because I will no longer be needing it, the price also includes the weight distribution hitch and sway-bar.
